4. Orders & Cancellations

● Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
● Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this, orders are
processed for shipment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

● We deliver across Pakistan. Shipping times and charges are outlined in our Shipping

● We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

6. Returns & Exchanges

● You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused,
unwashed, and unshrunk.
